Tai Chi (ultimate polarity), represents the truth of the universe. Taoist belief is that all existence involves the interaction between Yin and Yang. These two energy poles are in opposition to each other, and yet profoundly harmonize and balance each other out. The martial arts known as Tai Chi Chuan is based on this principle.
